Hi Everybody,
i`m using at home a quite old pc as home-server with Fedora and i would like for different reason to move to CentOS 8. I was trying to install it with the 'boot' image but the installer can`t find any hardware for ethernet at all. I tried also with the DVD ISO but the result is the same.
After a long search in Google i found that i have an Nvida ethernet adapter and i should install forcedeth. I would like to know if it is possibile to install it by the installation process so i can install CentOS with the netinstall.
PS: I never installed/used CentOS so i´m more than new. I`m asking because before i format my fedora i would be sure that at least the LAN works
I hope that the question is understandable![Netinstall Netinstall](/uploads/1/2/5/8/125840132/161965620.png)
Thanks in advance for any help.

CentOS 7 NetInstall – Software Selection. Once you have selected, click on DONE. Wait for some, installer will check the dependencies for the selected packages. Dec 03, 2018 This guide will help you to install GUI on CentOS 7 on the top of the minimal server installation. Before installing GUI, make a Local Yum Repository to avoid downloading packages from the internet. READ: How to Configure YUM repository on CentOS 7 / RHEL 7.
